Festival of Trees is a unique holiday fundraiser designed with creativity and inclusion in mind. For one weekend, Washington County Humane Society is transformed into a beautifully-designed holiday display, featuring trees, wreaths, and other décor sponsored and decorated by community members and local businesses. The decorated items are raffled off throughout the weekend and available for pick-up or delivery just in time for the holidays.
Festival of Trees is a family-friendly, community event open to all. In its 24 year history, over $750,000 has been raised to benefit the animals in our care.
Saturday, December 7 from 10am – 7pm
Sunday, December 8 from 10am – 4pm
Adults: $8.00
Seniors: $6.00
Children ages 4-12: $6.00
Tickets can be bought at WCHS the day of the event.
Most décor items (trees/wreaths/etc.) on display in the Sylvia Lutz Training Center will be available for raffle on Saturday and Sunday of the event. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the ticket table near the entrance of the training center. Raffle winners will be pulled and announced on Sunday, December 8 at 3pm.
Please note: Some décor items will not be available for raffle because they were sold during Preview Party, an exclusive, first-look event for sponsors and decorators the night before the weekend event. The evening’s beverages are sponsored by Jeff’s Spirits on Main.
As you walk through our display, live music performances will serenade you into the holiday spirit!
